Community Engagement Consultation

Community engagement ensures community members have access to valued social settings and activities, feel that they are able to contribute meaningfully to those activities, and develop functional capabilities that enable them to participate fully.  Whatever the community you seek to engage, we work with you (and the community you want to reach) to identify sustainable, achievable engagement outcomes by designing a process that includes equitable decision-making, and deepens relationships and trust between your organization and the community.  You will have access to our Community Engagement Strategies Workbook, designed to help frame and guide your work.

Internal and Customer-Facing Business Process Review

Complex, redundant, inefficient workflow impacts how your customers experience your business.  We work with you to identify how your internal and customer-facing processes could be simpler and more effective in order to improve performance and satisfy your customers’ needs.

Program Planning, Design and Development

You should never write a grant proposal until you have a clear understanding of your program.  We work with you to develop a clear set of program goals, objectives, activities and outcomes that align with the objectives of your organization and targeted grantmaking foundations and corporations.

Grant Writing / Management

We will do funder/grantmaker prospect research and provide you with a tailored funder prospect list/calendar.  We can also draft and submit proposals that help your nonprofit organization receive grant funding.
