  • City of Brooklyn Center, consultant and grant writer identifying and developing specific implementation activities and outcomes for the “Evolving Brooklyn Center:  A Community-centered City” project. This work resulted in Brooklyn Center receiving a grant of $550,000 from the Pohlad Family Foundation through the Foundations “Racial Justice: Reimagining Public Safety” grants program.
  • Ramsey County Community Human Services Department (RCCHSD) Consultant for their community planning and review of the African American adoptions and guardianship process.

  • Provided consultation services to clients of an organization in the areas of grant writing, grants management, program alignment and development, along with organization development for medium to large non-profit organizations locally and nationally (resulting in over $500k of grant funding to organizations).
  • Optum (UnitedHealth Group) was an Internal Healthcare Certified Six Sigma Process Improvement Consultant to Senior Leaders, Executives, and Business Units
  • Twin Cities Christian Foundation provided intensive Capacity Building and Technical Assistance consultation to grantees.
  • St. Paul Travelers Foundation as a Grants Consultant reviewed funding proposals and determining which nonprofits receive grants through the foundation from a local and national grant pool aligned with the foundations corporate giving strategy. This included reading and rating proposals, conducting site visits and developing funding recommendations.
